Image:Carnegie-library-galion-oh.jpg edit

Hi, I changed the tag on Image:Carnegie-library-galion-oh.jpg from {{Promotional}} to {{PD-self}} on the assumption that you yourself are the photographer and intended "The photographer releases all rights he may have to the image under copyright law" to mean you effectively release the photo into public domain. —Angr 08:54, 19 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

It is not clear to me that this change is legally valid. I am the photographer, yes, but I am also an employee of the library. I can waive my own rights, but I don't necessarily have the legal right to waive the library's potential ability to claim copyright on the photo. I don't anticipate trouble about this, but should clarify that I meant to say only what I said and did not intend to imply additional things that Angr inferred.

The really annoying thing here, is that the ages of the accounts were not taken into account. My account predated not only the other accounts in question, but also the projects for which they were created. But that didn't matter.
