I'd love to add some references but am struggling to find anything suitable. I do know Anthony John Clarke because I too am involved in the UK folk scene but, despite being well-known, finding articles about him that aren't, effectively, advertisements is proving difficult. I have also added pages about local musicians Tom Doughty and Kirsty McGee and am finding the same problem. I promise to keep my eyes open though! Johnsongwriter54 (talk) 11:25, 24 August 2010 (UTC)

Clearly, the subject exists and the article could be referenced to his own site. However, there seems to be a distinct lack of reliable sources, such as national newspapers, who devote coverage to the subject.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
