Talmud

If you want to change dates to BC/AD you will need to show me exactly when consensus was achieved on this and where. Obviously, the Talmud is a work pertinent to Jews, and Judaism does not regard Jesus as "Domini" or "Christ" by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, the Talmud itself may have contained statements critical of the Nazarene before Medieval Christian censors removed these. Please let me know. JFW | T@lk 19:25, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

Actually, per Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style (dates and numbers)#BC/BCE in articles on religious figures, it would appear that the MOS would be clear about using non-Christian specific dating on an article about the Talmud. -- Avi 20:18, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
Don't really care to be honest, but it's ridiculous, CE/BCE dating is not used in any way by the VAST majority of the world, yet, just like a plethora of other articles a 'new' usage is being forced due to an over-representation of the minority. +Hexagon1 (t) 05:09, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
