August 2018 edit

Hello, I'm 331dot. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Kevin Hart, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! 331dot (talk) 19:05, 5 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal knowledge or information in an article, especially in one about a living person. Information must appear in an independent reliable source to be included in an article. If the interview you mention is published somewhere, it may be possible to include the information in the article, but if you conducted the interview you should not add it yourself. Instead, please discuss it on the article talk page. 331dot (talk) 19:07, 5 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living persons, as you did with this edit to Kevin Hart. Thank you. Jim1138 (talk) 05:37, 6 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
