What is Agent 324?

Please explain to me what is "Agent 324" in the Joe Fournier#Fournier vs Mejia section in the article. I don't see any mention of this in any of the sources and when I looked it up I can't find any details so please explain to me what it is. If it does not fit the article I will remove it once more.
