Taylor: this is a good start, but you currently have insufficient secondary sources backing up your article(basically no citations). I think you want to pay more attention to some of the historical aspects of the story of indigenous peoples in Guyana. You mention some discussion of first contact with Europeans, but then there's nothing, as if the people stayed the same forever. What other historical trends affected indigenous communities in Guyana? Have you considered hyperlinking your article to other articles around Wikipedia? I think you should spend less time writing 1 sentence descriptions of each indigenous group and more time focusing on telling a historical narrative. What have historians said about the issues these communities have faced? It's hard to offer more comments since there are no sources supporting your writing. Pay attention to how you structure each of your sections as you revise. Do they flow logically and in chronological order? In one section, you jump from Columbus backwards to when indigenous people crossed the land bridge thousands of years ago. This is illogical. Finally, the term "mongoloid" is no longer considered a relevant scientific term, as far as I know. It's an 18th century label that sounds outdated and offensive.
