Please do not add links to articles in order to create an association that is your opinion, as you did with Snake oil. Also, taking information from two sources and linking them in order to make a point, such as you did in Live Earth, is original synthesis and not permitted in Wikipedia. All I did was post exactly what someone else already pointed out on the page. I linked the reference for backup. I don't see how this is a problem on my part. I do, however, see actions taken by you that is consistent with the charge of left-leaning political bias on the part of Wikipedia.

Apologies, I didn't notice the part that discussed Madonna's past history with Al Gore, so it wasn't original synthisis and I retract that. But where was this 'paradox' mentioned already pointed out on the page? However, your cite is to a blog and blogs are not adequate cites, particularly when it comes to controversies. We need someone more reputable to establish that this is not just one observation (to call it a controversy or criticism would be too strong a word) by one insignificant individual.

And if you wish to see political bias in other's edits, feel free. But please read Wikipedia's policy on suggesting it. I have to say though, I can't imagine what political bias would be influencing me here. It's not a petty detail to those of us that care about freedom of speech. And it was Senator Gore's committee and his wife's advocacy group.
