Sorry, realized that you may notice this message better if I post it here.

I know it is risky to build a new page on this. I'm just surprised that I could not find such a page on Wikipedia as I consider it as an interesting concept that is worth looking into. Personally, I used to be one of those adolescents who pretty much live only in their heads. That's why I was immediately drawn into it when I first heard this concept. I didn't realize that it is not a normative aspect of adolescent development and I'm really glad that you brought his up. I haven't studied much into its literature, either. According to what I've read, I'm not sure whether it is a mature psychology concept that has been defined and conceptualized. The closest thing I've found on wiki is the section from "Egocentrism" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egocentrism). But I'm interested in digging a little bit deeper, and I sort of want to relate it with my final paper, too. I would be grateful if you could help me with literature study. I'm interested in the readings you mentioned that challenged the concept. Could you help me to find the references? Thanks! I edited the page of "identity formation."

I added a new section "social identity" in it, but it was obviously undone by another user. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Edenads (talkcontribs) 20:50, 2 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hi Joanna, I am still working with Nora. The content on my talk page is all mine. She is working on eating disorders that have a later onset. We will combine all of the disorders, in their developmental order, soon. We were planning on adding to the existing information on eating disorders in general. Ours would specifically address the "developmental" characteristics of these types of disorders. I will add the references this week.Kml1535 (talk) 16:08, 15 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Change in your user rights edit

Your Wikipedia account was previously granted a user right called "course instructor" by the Wiki Education Foundation. That right enabled you to create a course page through the EducationProgram MediaWiki extension. Starting in fall 2015, the Wiki Education Foundation has discontinued its use of this extension. Going forward, users should create course pages through the Wiki Education Foundation website. That application is more user-friendly, and any content is automatically mirrored to Wikipedia. To prevent confusion, we'll be removing your "course instructor" user right, as it is not needed with the new system. This is simply a notification of the technical change to your account. No action is needed from you at this time.

If you plan on teaching with Wikipedia for the fall 2015 term, please email me (helaine wikiedu.org) for instructions how to create your next course page using our new system. --Helaine (Wiki Ed) (talk), sent by MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:34, 21 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
