Welcome!

Hello JimRoberts, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page.
I notice that, well, you appear to be editing an article about yourself. You might want to look at WP:VANITY, first noting that the word "vanity" here need not be read as an epithet. Also try looking at WP:BIO.
Again, welcome.

May I ask if this is an article you are writing about yourself? It seems to me that I am able to find excerpts of the article on the internet, and by default we assume that they are copyrighted content. Would you be willing to release your edits into the public domain or the GFDL license so other editors can contribute to the page? --HappyCamper 03:51, 9 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of James J. Roberts

edit

The article James J. Roberts has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Promotional unsourced autobiography; the only reference is dead. No evidence of notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — Ingenuity (talk • contribs) 21:48, 8 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
