Daft Punk and the 3RR
I know about the three revert rule, and that's only qithin a 24 hour period, something which I have not even come close to violating. Second, their appearances do not differ at all in that photo, it doesn't show their height and weight differences. Third, it had been long enough since that happened that honestly, I forgot about that the discussion had even taken place, lol. The changes you put in with this edit are perfect though. Thanks. :) -Mike Payne (T • C) 19:46, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
Wii and the Hacking section
Dude, what's happening with the references on the Hacking section? You "consolidated" the references about the actual hacking into one that states that Nintendo have raided a maker of such modchips. That's not "consolidation". I re-added the refs that talks about the actual hacking, still keeping your ref. Then another user, User:Maxamegalon2000, comes along "consolidating" the same [...] leaving only your ref again. I undid that, and THEN the puzzling thing happens: you come along, taking away your ref, so that my original three are the ones standing. What is happening? Is that Max dude your sock puppet? Do you have some agenda going? Stolsvik 20:08, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
Re: Battletoads
I've got no idea what happened there... you can see that I removed the vandalism, then it somehow got put back in when I added the {{protected}} icon? I'm just going to chalk this one up to MediaWiki messing up, nice catch. east.718 at 21:17, November 17, 2007
Discovery
Why did you remove the table from the article? The table seems to display the information about the sampling better. Also, why did you remove the source of the "Voyager" sample? To be honest, the book in question does state a quote from Cerrone that he didn't like the reworking of one of his tracks from Daft Punk. It didn't specifically state "Voyager" but it does provide a source that Daft Punk did sample from Cerrone. Douglasr007 (talk) 21:54, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
Wii-mote text
This is a minor question but I wanted to check with you. Does your Wii Remote also have Japanese text under its battery cover? Both of mine do so I was wondering if all US Wii Remotes are like that or if mine were mixed up with Japanese versions. They should still be identical in any case but I wanted to check with other users too. Nintenboy01 (talk) 06:20, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
- Hehe, I simply assumed you were living in the States. Actually from my experience many users from countries other than the USA usually say so on their user pages. Otherwise I simply assume they live in America, possibly the UK as long as the grammar on their user pages is proper. Nintenboy01 (talk) 23:14, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
Daft Punk / copyvio ref
Did you mean to delete the entire sampled music section in this edit or did you only mean to revert the ref and leave the new section? Just asking since I saw it and the description said there was only a problem with the ref... -Mike Payne (T • C) 04:01, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
Daft Punk
Hey do you think we should see if Daft Punk is up for GA status? You really have been keeping the article in good status for the past couple of months. If it can happen with the Homework article, I'm sure it can with the main Daft Punk article. Douglasr007 (talk) 04:30, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
Update Wii System sales
The Wii cumulative sales table is in desperate need of updating. If you need up to date console sales numbers, might I suggest http://www.vgchartz.com/.
