At the URL referenced, the only statement made about actual issues he/she faced was: "I tried it for 2 days and I felt so odd I stoped. I didn't know what to make of my feelings, it was a very powerful experience."
- This is 1 person, not "some people".
- His issue was with his feelings - This is not a "physical problem", "physical impediment" or "physical difficulties" as you claim.
- The rest of the statement at the referenced URL is about his opinion of the Mission.
- You fail to mention that this person was meditating for all of just 2 days. This is an important fact that you have skipped considering you usually need 3 days to just be initiated into Sahaj Marg.
I have deleted your statement but replaced it with more graphic details on actual physical impediments observed by abhyasis, including myself - This actually gets your own point across more succinctly than the URL you had referenced.
I'm all for diversity in discussion. But in all my years as an abhyasi, I've experienced these physical side effects just once. It's the same with the hundreds of abhyasis I've exchanged notes with over the years. These problems are few and far-between. I have no issues with hilighting these issues as long as the complete picture is presented:
- These problems occur rarely
- They almost never show up once the abhyasi has become regular with his or her practice
