National Institute on Media and the Family edit

Your edits removed referenced information and replaced a neutral summary of the group with advertorial fluff. Please note that removing information, and blanking pages in particular([1]), could be construed as vandalism. If you have a problem with the contents of this article, you are welcome to discuss your concerns at the relevant talk page. Keep in mind that the contents of any article must comply with Wikipedia policies on neutrality and verifiability. Also if you are involved with the National Institute on Media and the Family in any professional capacity then your edits are subject to review for a possible conflict of interest. If your account is then determined to be a role account, you may be blocked from editing. I am more than willing to try to work with you to address any problems that you may have with the article, but I will not discontinue my efforts to enforce Wikipedia content policies. ˉˉanetode╦╩ 20:09, 16 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Jgisler596, I happened on your current edit conflict while browsing through the encyclopedia. From (1) looking over the edit histories, and (2) looking at your edit history, it appears you have a conflict of interest, as you have stated on user talk pages that you are the IT Manager and Webmaster of the organization in question. As such, adding content to this particular article -- especially information that you published on the organization webpage -- will most likely be interpreted as POV-pushing or advertising, and is probably inappropriate for the encyclopedia.
Some suggestions for you, to help resolve the issue at hand. First, I would strongly suggest looking over the policy on conflict of interest. Second, I would avoid adding content to the article -- especially content that uses your webpage as a reference. Finally, if you see unreferenced, unverifiable content on the article, add a {{fact}} tag to it. I hope this helps. -- Pastordavid 16:57, 23 January 2007 (UTC)Reply
