Editing on Wal-Mart page

edit

Hi Jgera5,

I appreciate your editing of the Wal-Mart page, but your additions should be sourced. There are a lot of people looking at this page and editing it. We are trying to keep it high quality. --Andrew Eisenberg 05:56, 3 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edit to Super Bowl

edit

I have reverted your recent edit to Super Bowl. [1] Please cite a source that confirms that the Steelers have elected to wear their white jerseys during Super Bowl XL. Thanks. Zzyzx11 (Talk) 17:39, 24 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edit to Super Bowl XIII

edit

A suggestion: you might want to elaborate on why the Greene Coke ad was "infamous" instead of "famous" or someone might revert it again. Zzyzx11 (Talk) 06:03, 9 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Starbucks Australia

edit

Hi. Just to say thanks for doing the Starbucks merge and redirect. It's been on my "To Do" list for a while and I still hadn't got around to it. Cheers. —Whouk (talk) 09:08, 13 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Request for edit summmary

edit

Hi. I am a bot, and I am writing to you with a request. I would like to ask you, if possible, to use edit summaries a bit more often when you contribute. The reason an edit summary is important is because it allows your fellow contributors to understand what you changed; you can think of it as the "Subject:" line in an email. For your information, your current edit summary usage is 1% for major edits and 67% for minor edits. (Based on the last 150 major and 3 minor edits outside the Wikipedia, User, Image, and all Talk namespaces.)

This is just a suggestion, and I hope that I did not appear inpolite. You do not need to reply to this message, but if you would like to give me feedback, you can do so at the feedback page. Thank you, and happy edits, Mathbot 05:06, 14 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Your addidtion to Amoco

edit
  • You stated here that BP was oringially intending to convert all BP locations in the United States to Amoco and all Amoco locations overseas to BP. I have seen this at other places, but a few months ago I asked BP officials if this was correct and I was told that this was never the plan. I just thought that I would find out where you heard it. I found it at the Standard Oil history at www.us-highways.com. Station Attendant 02:27, 21 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Pontiac edits

edit

I have removed the edits that you made today regarding the possible phasing out of Pontiac based on a comment by Bob Lutz stating that it and Buick are damaged goods. The problem with the passage is that it is based on speculation, not fact, and it doesn't meet Verifiability standards as speculation. I think that the talk page may be a better place for the passage. Now if you can provide hard and fast information that can be verified that this option is a real possibility, then feel free to add it and attribute the source. Redirects

edit

Just so you know, when you want to redirect a page (when you want something to a "see such and such") instead of keeping two articles the syntax #REDIRECT [[page name here]] is the accepted syntax. You got the bot auto warning because the redirect didn't match the pattern, I know its good faith and I've fixed it for you. If you have any questions feel free to leave me a message :) -- Tawker 07:51, 23 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Station calls and article moves

edit

Pleas do not move articles on radio or tv stations until their change of call sign become official. Though the station announced that it will change it call on March 22, the change does not become official until April 3, and until then the station will still be identified as WNPA. Also when you need to move an article to a new title, do not cut and paste the article to its new name. See WP:MOVE on how to move articles. --Boothy443 | trácht ar 06:38, 24 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Washington Senators

edit

Thank you for correcting my mistake about the Washington Senators. It's best to explain your edits in the edit summary box so they don't get reverted. Thanks -- Mwalcoff 21:42, 7 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Image:Future I-376 Corridor.jpg

edit

I'm just having a look at your Image:Future I-376 Corridor.jpg. Do you have a higher-resolution version by any chance? I just tried to touch up the image a bit, and while I can do a lot with the color/contrast issues, there just doesn't seem to be enough resolution to make the sign itself more than barely legible. But if you have an original with more pixels, I'd be happy to poke at it a little bit.  — JVinocur (talk • contribs) 05:09, 13 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

KDKA-TV / WGRZ

edit

Im sorry but I personally think what you did was ridiculous regarding the KDKA user box I edited. Exactly what makes KDKA so special it gets to be a on the user box page and featured? Im guessing because YOU put it there? huh?

Paul Ruebens

edit

Pre your message. Not only have I seen it many times, but have it on DvD. Paul Ruebens' apperance in the movie, while the character had several recognizable simularities, it was definitly not the same or was even ever noted as being "Pee-Wee Herman"Rsm99833 03:57, 7 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
