Drop Dead Alive

Drop Dead Alive are a Mauritian rock band formed in July 2011 during the Winter holidays by four friends namely Jerry Y. Matombé, Junior Marina, Sébastien Clarice and Ashley Dookhee who were just playing music as hobby, then came the question: "Why don't we form a band?". Years passed by, and Jordan Casse joined the band as drummer, up till now the band counts five members. The band then started to go out of the shade and participated in local gigs.

Musical style

Drop Dead Alive is influenced by many genres of music mainly rock, reggae, pop, classic, rap and oldies; it's due to the different tastes of the band members.
