no one is saying it has a copyright problem.

A person is presumed to be notable if he or she has received significant coverage in reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject.

it seems to me and others on here we look we cant find any independent sources on the subject the source you sight is from a studio name after the person the article is about. also you should look at this i hope this helps you understand why this was afd
