You have to upload the image to Wikipedia to be able to use it in Wikipedia articles. Instructions on how to do this are here. However, there are some restrictions on what images can be used on Wikipedia and you should look at this page before you upload the image. (note the page is somewhat long, but if your image is not in the public domain and/or licensed under a free-use license, it will probably be removed).
