Christos Gage

edit

Hi. Welcome to Wikipedia. When leaving a message on a talk page, please remember to sign your talk page posts, which makes it easier for everyone to know who they're addressing. You can do this by typing four tildes (~~~~) at the end of them, which also automatically time stamps them.

Regarding the Christos Gage article, edits that represent a conflict of interest are strongly discouraged, especially autobiographical ones. While reverting vandalism or defamatory material won't cause any problems, the editing community takes addition of material more seriously, especially when the material in question appears to be written in a promotional manner (which at least some of the material recently added was).

That said, the only material I removed was that which was uncited or poorly sourced, examples of which I mentioned here. Not only did I retain the rest, but I even added to it, in the form of both details (Gage's work on Spider-Man and the descriptions of some of his books, such as The Man with No Name), and sources, which you can see if you look closely at my edits. The rest of the edits consisted of organizing the material in chronological order, grouping relevant material together, and copyediting for things like punctuation.

If you have any questions, or would like to challenge any specific passages I edited, just let me know. Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 01:51, 9 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
