The Rev Francis Makaemie Was born some considerable distance from Ramelton. He was born between the waters in Fanad,
near Rossnakill. He was not born a Presbyterian but Anglican and converted to Presbyterianism. Some of the makaemie
decendants still live in Fanad. As a wee boy, I remember a Francis Makaemie in Carrigart also a decendant and a
