Edits to pork

Your edits to the article on pork included unsourced statements (e.g., that undercooked pork can cause mental retardation, and that this is or was a particular problem Guam); I undid it, as it was inappropriate in two ways: first, it was in the wrong part of the article -- it should be in the section on "Potential health risks"; second, it was unsourced (and, it seemed to me, factually incorrect). If you can find a source for those facts -- newspaper articles (in reputable newspapers), medical journal articles, etc. -- feel free to add them back.
