I believe that when acceptable permission is processed, the image will be restored. But do you understand that acceptable permission must allow reuse by anyone for anything. According to the deletion log the file was deleted because it had limited permission (like only for use on Wikipedia). —teb728 t c 21:21, 21 January 2011 (UTC)

I notice you were working on a how-to guide at User:Jayrabe/GMCMH-EFI. If you were planning to publish that page in article space, you should read WP:NOTMANUAL, which says that how-to guides are not the kind of article that is published here and suggests alternative sites for such pages. —teb728 t c 20:55, 21 January 2011 (UTC)
