Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Poet. While objective prose about products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Thank you. Dekisugi (talk) 14:49, 3 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Jason A. Fontaine - New Age Poet

edit

Jason Fontaine created New Age Poetry while both parents battled cancer. These stories contained pictures which were then promoted throughout the internet. Their Christian-themes caused quite the sensation on Christian-themed websites. [1]

Crude videos were created, and highly succesful PSA's were then promoted throughout the internet. The videos were promoted as "messages" and the Christian community began embracing this movement.[2]

New Age Poets are generally unpublished. Many are accused of "trolling" the message boards on popular forums. However, what distinquishes an NAP from other "trolls", is the ability to reply to questions/comments. Many are actual memebers of the fourms they are accused of "trolling".

"Thug Bug" and "The King, the Chicken and the Egg" were presented as MESSAGES to the Internet community. Heavily promoted on GodTube and MySpace, the 8x10 pictures were each numbered and signed. In theory, it is the message behind these pictures that generates the most response. The crude editing of the videos. The often poor audio demonstrates a true amateur and this New Age Poetry continues to generate momentum. Others include: The Rolling Ball. The Snail Delivering Mail. Doodle-Bug Crawl.

A portion of these proceeds benefits MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

Jason A. Fontaine continues writing and creating pictures with "messages", but limits videos to 4 a year.
