Hi, welcome to wikipedia and thanks for your message on my talk page. Yes, it's worth keeping in mind that we're aiming to write an encyclopedia here, rather than other kinds of websites, so what is the information that will be relevant and appropriate in ten, twenty years times? A biography of an artist should give an overview of their work and can include notable exhibitions (with secondary sources as references) but does not need to include everything they have ever done. Wikipedia also has clear guidelines around anything that looks like it is promotional, and long lists start to look like they are here to advertise the person's work rather than for an encyclopaedic purpose :) Melcous (talk) 22:28, 12 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
