- Thanks for your guidance, Vrac. I have now read and believe to have understood the way that a COI is defined on Wikipedia and what that means for me as a user. I will refrain from editing pages directly with which I may have a COI. If I am not mistaken, I am still allowed though to take part in the deletion discussion and that my arguments will be considered in good faith, is that correct? - Yes, as far as I know it is ok to comment at deletion discussions as long as you are upfront about any conflict of interest. What's not ok is engaging in sock-puppetry, meat-puppetry, or misrepresentation of sources. Deletion debates are not ballots.
