Dear Jamies93, We would like to reopen, edit and resubmit our page on WAAW Foundation. Since 2009 when the page was shut down, we have grown as an organization. You can see some of our work on our website at www.waawfoundation.org. We provide scholarships for African girls in STEM and are planning to launch our first STEM camp in August 2012, in Abuja Nigeria.

As one of the few non profits working to help advance African female education, and the only one focused entirely on promoting Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education amongst African girls, I think it would be important to have a presence on Wikipedia. We are one of the largest networks of African women in STEM with over 800 members.

I would appreciate it if you would kindly assist with restoring our page to enable us edit our content and reach more people with our story and impact.

Thank you Unondili (talk) 04:53, 8 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
