Welcome

Hello, Jaimemrm2002, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

Saw your edits to the article Usako Kokonoe. But in the text you have described her name to be Yumiko Kokonoe, which links back to the Usako Kokonoe page. If they refer to the same person, I think you should mention that in the first para of the article, and remove the link in the first words to Yumiko Kokonoe.

Feel free to contact me for any further clarification.

In that case, the article needs to be moved to the Yumiko Kokonoe. But since that page exists as a redirect to the Usako Kokonoe, it must be deleted first. See WP:RFD for the protocol that needs to be followed to delete a page. Once that is done (and you have garnered more than 25 edits), you will be able to move the page. --soUmyaSch 10:14, 18 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

On 18-Apr, you tagged the redirect Yumiko Kokonoe for deletion, but you did not list it at Wikipedia:Redirects for deletion. I have added it to that page for discussion. You may wish to add a comment there if you still wish to see this redirect deleted. In the future, if you nominate a redirect for deletion, please list it. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions. -- JLaTondre 02:54, 19 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Any page for deletion needs to have a reason stating why it should be deleted. You recommendedYumiko Kokonoe for deletion but did not mention why it should be done. I have put up the rationale for deletion. Please check that its correct. And for all further deletions, please give a reason why it should be deleted. Otherwise, it won't be even considered for deletion. --soUmyaSch 06:20, 19 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for Image:Cancun.JPG

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Cancun.JPG. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

edit

Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:SritaCometa.JPG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 21:49, 22 December 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sherool (talk) 21:49, 22 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Image tagging for File:SritaCometa.JPG

edit

Thanks for uploading File:SritaCometa.JPG. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
