The only e-mail I could find that the OTRS team has received is one in the middle of July and which did not release the text under a compatible creative commons license. Until we have release under a compatible license (see WP:DCM) the page will need to remain blank. Sorry about that but for legal reasons we have no choice. As soon as we have confirmation of the license the page will be unblanked. Dpmuk (talk) 00:43, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
