Civil Dusk

Why would you create Civil Dusk (album), unnecessarily disambiguating by appending "(album)" to the namespace, whereas you could've just created it at Civil Dusk? Did you want to have the credit of creating the page yourself? Now I have to request a page move. It was absolutely pointless to create another article for it. Ss112 05:31, 12 August 2016 (UTC)

I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable.
