Moonshine

That's really interesting; I had no idea. I look forward to seeing how it works out. I'm guessing that the law was originally created with the intent to load more punishment onto moonshiners. The big question is did other states do something similar? I would guess not in places where moonshine wasn't a big problem. SQGibbon (talk) 06:24, 11 January 2011 (UTC)
