Your source is the same with that https://eurovoix.com/2017/05/02/russia-jon-ola-sand-sure-russia-will-compete-2018/ both sources coming from May. Russia (Macedonia and Moldova too) have to confirm participation according to eurovoix and esctoday. No more good faith. Macedonian source is also from 20.09. Macedonia has already confirmed their participation as you can see in this link: http://www.escportugal.pt/2017/09/esc2018-arj-macedonia-confirma.html Recently, the state broadcaster of FYR Macedonia has been sanctioned by the European Broadcasting Union due to an accumulated debt of over half a million euros. EBU may impose new sanctions in the near future and the state broadcaster of FYR Macedonia has not yet ruled on the matter. In other words, despite sanctions, Macedonia is confirmed for next year's Eurovision, unless the EBU or the broadcaster itself says otherwise. To conclude, ESC Portugal is a credible and reliable source and is recognized by the European Broadcasting Union. Note: The links are in Portuguese. Yes, my source is from September 20 and until today the source was always correct. Now MRT will not participate in Eurovision 2018 if it doesn’t pay its debts to the EBU. We'll have to wait for the EBU to release the official list of participants. I think you should improve your English so that you can better understand what is written.
