HEROES PRIVATE SCHOOL
editHeroes private school was founded by the former major of ondangwa and businessman, Dr Otto Kapia and the owner of the school also. It was officially opened by the founding father of the republic of namibia in 1992, with only 18 children. The first principal was Mr john shinana and the current principal being Mr Marongwe Desmond. It started off as only a primary school and has improved now to be a secondary one. The school is situated in oshikoto region, main road of ondangwa. Currently having up to 690 learners and 20 teachers in total, from per-grade to grade 11.
Over 3 years now, approximately 90% pass rate is achieved in both primary and secondary level, making it the best in the region. Due to the outstanding performance the school have attracted a lot of kinder-garden kids around the town. Its Mission and vision mainly knowledge and success for all. It have made a great difference in the children life's education purposes and many of them are now at tertiary institution or working already.
