If you are currently blocked, instead of creating sock puppets just email to arbcom-llists.wikimedia.org. And Lightwing NEEDS to be blocked. I don't care how long has passed since his misbehaviour. He was being horrible, and not blocking him is letting him get away with it! So please block him.
