Proposed deletion of Institute of Health Sciences (Ireland)

The article Institute of Health Sciences (Ireland) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable organisation. Fails WP:NORG and WP:SIGCOV. There are insufficient sources to support the basic facts (establishment, disestablishment, etc) - not to mind establishing notability of the org. The "references" given in the article do not even appear to mention the subject org. Possible COI/SPA/PROMO issues also.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Doesn't seem to meet WP:NBIO; best known for a local radio show, very little independent coverage, and all of it just mentions or quotes her without any details about Dressel herself
