Border Gateway Protocol
editI've reverted your deletion of the "black hole" paragraph, but this is out of my area of expertise. Please read the discussion on Talk:Border Gateway Protocol#Black holes. The discussion there leads me to believe that the paragraph is right, but someone should dig up a citation for it. If this is an area that you understand well and can see why the discussion on the talk page is wrong, please go ahead and revert my revert and please add your reasoning to the talk page.
