Please do not submit random useless crap to Wikipedia. No matter how funny you think it is, no one will ever see it except the administrator who deletes it, so you've wasted your own time as well.

If you still need to be funny, you might want to check out Uncyclopedia instead. Thank you. DS 15:01, 28 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

If you continue to re-add deleted material that does not conform to Wikipedia standards you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. If you really believe that your article deserves to stay you should explain why on this page. DJ Clayworth 15:15, 28 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Blanking pages is also considered vandalism and will not help you. DJ Clayworth 15:26, 28 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Wrestling

(copied from User talk:DJ Clayworth)

I would like to complain as u deleted my article on OMGTGAIWF a wreeslting federation; the facts given were totally correct and true and did not infringe on any of ur copyright laws, please may you or I re-add the article on OMGTGAIWF. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Icehulk (talkcontribs) .

Hi Icehulk. I am sure that what you say is true, and that your article OMGTGAIWF was correct and legal. However correctness and legality is not enough for something to deserve a Wikipedia article. It also has to be notable. I could write an article about my pet cat, or what I had for breakfast, and that would be correct and legal, but an encyclopedia would not be the right place for it. Basicly the subject of your article was considered not well-known enough to deserve an article. There are plenty of web-hosting sites that will be happy to host a web page about your wrestling organisation. DJ Clayworth 14:03, 29 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
Excuse me mr clayworth, but there are alot of aricles on qwrestliong federations on this website and further more OMGTGAIWF is well known enough locally in some parts of England therefore your argument that no one has ever heard of is no true! just becuae uve never heard of it doesnt mean its not worthy, you should get out more

In general things that are only known locally are not included in Wikipedia. If your wrestling federation is really well-known please provide some references, such as newspaper reports. A search with Google showed that there are no web references to it at all (except things you added to Wikipedia) which would tend to indicate that it is not well-known at all. Also please remember that messages to someone go on their talk page, not their user page. DJ Clayworth 15:43, 6 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I've moved your message from User:DJ Clayworth to User talk:DJ Clayworth. If you want to leave a message for someone on his talk page, and you can't find a link to it, go to his user page, and then click on the link near the top of the page, where it says "discussion". (Talk pages are also called "discussion pages".) Also, at the end of your messages on talk pages and user talk pages (but never in your edits to articles), can you type four tildes, like this: ~~~~ . When you press "Save page", the four tildes will automatically convert into your signature, i.e. your name (linking to your user page), and the date of your post. Cheers. Icehulk, I've blocked your account indefinitely as you seem to be doing nothing but blanking pages, re-adding deleted content, abusing other users, and vandalizing user pages. If you feel this is unjust, you're certainly welcome to reply here (the only page you can edit while blocked), and I'll watch this page. AnnH 22:02, 12 July 2006 (UTC) Reply

I unblocked you, so you should be able to edit again. AnnH 21:53, 15 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
