Speedy deletion nomination of Template:INRConvert 330

I am not sure you were aware of this, but this edit constitutes making a legal threat on Wikipedia, and our policy against making legal threats requires us to block you for having made a legal threat on Wikipedia. It's completely forbidden behavior here.
