Request reason:
I don't understand why I have been blocked, I went on Ed Milibands article and looked at the talk page [1], which mentioned something called Wikimedia Commons and so I went onto that to get the image from there. I then found other images available and thought that this would be a good way for a new editor to get noticed on wikipedia by adding images. If you are not allowed to add images from wikimedia then I apologise. I have looked at the invesigation against me and it seems that someone called 2lines said I was something called sockpuppet because I had added the images! They then mentioned something called Duck, I was wondering could you please do a checkuser to prove that I am not this sockpuppet guy as I don't know him! What part of the block notice is unclear? There is no mention of images in your block notice, so that discussion is extraneous. You do not know what "duck" refers to and yet you request a checkuser in the same sentence. That seems a bit disingenuous. Tiderolls 23:36, 6 August 2012 (UTC)

- Actually if you go on the sockpuppet thing that was filed against me, you will see that 2lines specifically stated that I was using images and it had said that a check user should be used to find out, so that is why I requested a check user! I need to Tan (talk) 06:49, 7 August 2012 (UTC)

Request reason:
Yesterday I added quite of images to their respective wikipedia articles, having found the pictures on wikimedia. I was then accused of being someone called Sockpuppet who I don't know, I was then investigated and was unaware this was going on, having only found out I was banned when I tried to edit again. I went onto the case against me and there was a section that said "Defend yourself" and yet I was unable to do this, as I was not told that people thought I was the editor Sockpuppet and had already been banned. As I said before, if I am not allowed to add pictures from wikimedia on wikipedia I am sorry as I was unaware, but today all those edits have been "reverted" I think its called and now all the articles lack images and I was wondering is there an administrator who could rectify this and I was adding cateogories to articles, where it said they were a Liberal Unionist MP but that to has been changed! Without these vital information the articles are incorrect, but I am not allowed to sort this problem out. I only wish to contribute to wikipedia with my edits and i'm unsure how I am supposed to do this. Could someone please help me, as I am not the editor Sockpuppet.
