Dear Wikipedia Administrator, My username is I Love Pets 12. I was recently blocked, and I understand why. I evaded my block and I am wrong. However, I have made all constructive edits on my new account. I have been given no warnings nor told off for my edits. I have changed. (which has been shown through my constructive edits) and want to continue editing Wikipedia. I am sorry for ban evading, but I have changed, shown through my 50+ constructive edits. I miss editing Wikipedia, and I really want to be back. I want to continue (See my edits) reverting other people's vandalism as I have been. I even had a reformed vandal userbox on my user page. Please consider letting me edit Wikipedia again. I Love Pets 12 (talk) 18:55, 12 December 2022 (UTC)

You have clearly demonstrated you are still unwilling to abide by Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. For example, WP:EVADE and WP:SOCK.
