Revamping userbox

I've revamped the South Carolina template to have more in common with the other state templates.

• Use our state flag instead of the seal (which is very hard to see at 50px), since it is more widely recognized.
• Use a navy boarder to compliment the color of our flag.
• Use a light blue background for the text, similar to Texas and Nevada.
• Get rid of excess /div's.

A few changes

I changed the background of the cell with the flag to match the color of the flag. I like it better without the white. If you all think it's terrible feel free to go back. - Deron Dantzler 06:42, 16 March 2006 (UTC)

I also noticed that the image width on the flag was set to 48px. This doesn't look right since the typical width of the cell with the image is 45px on userboxes. The div width and height were already set to 45px, there was no reason for the image to be stretched a little larger. I made the modification. Deron Dantzler 07:19, 16 March 2006 (UTC)

What about "is from" rather than "lives in" -- I'd like to use it but I'm no longer living in our dear home state. Ryanluck 07:58, 27 April 2006 (UTC)
