Notability of Sakuralex

The only credible source for certificates is the certifying Agency. IRMA has only certified the album 2x platinum. It does not show up under the 4x platinum heading. IRMA has not certified the album any further since it counts only how much the album sells in the year it is released. If it really counted all, the album SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST A 9*PLATINUM CERTIFICATION or even much more(more than 135,000 copies sold) just like The Fame. (Released January 2009 in Ireland).
