Notability of Sakuralex

edit

A tag has been placed on Sakuralex requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. RB 15:20, 19 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Sakuralex

edit

A tag has been placed on Sakuralex requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Rnb (talk) 15:24, 19 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add the Bulgarian Singles Chart, or any other chart listed at WP:BADCHARTS, to any Wikipedia articles. Thank you.—Kww(talk) 14:47, 11 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

I'm going to assume that my comment and your next edit overlapped. The Bulgarian Singles Chart and the Italian chart from acharts.us are both listed at WP:BADCHARTS. They cannot be added to any Wikipedia articles.—Kww(talk) 14:52, 11 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Updating the box office gross

Hello, Hugom2c. When you update the box office gross for a film in the infobox, as you did for the Avatar (2009 film) article, make sure to also update the box office gross in the Box office section. Flyer22 (talk) 19:18, 24 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Unexplained removal of sourced certifications: You've been asked not to do this before. Without an edit summary (which you should be using anyway), other editors do not know why you are doing this.

Please do not add or change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to I Am... Sasha Fierce. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. I previously issued you a warning about inserting chart certificates source from Beyoncé's official website. It is not acceptable. Only certificates directly sourced from certifying agencies such as BPI, RIAA and NPVI are acceptable. Unless it shows up on their websites or in their press releases its not official.   This is the only warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did to I Am... Sasha Fierce, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. I'm fed up of having to tell you to stop inflating sales and certifications. The only credible source for certificates is the certifying Agency. IRMA has only certified the album 2x platinum. It does not show up under the 4x platinum heading. You've been given plenty of warnings. If your going to change a fact you need to update a source. To best of my knowledge IRMA has not certified the album further. I Am...Sasha Fierce Ireland Sales

edit

You seemed to be a good editor, especially because you have a good english. But you should not put things without a reference. IRMA has not certified the album any further since it counts only how much the album sells in the year it is released. If it really counted all, the album SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST A 9*PLATINUM CERTIFICATION or even much more(more than 135,000 copies sold) just like The Fame. (Released January 2009 in Ireland). Keep on contibuting. (Jivesh boodhun (talk) 18:34, 14 June 2010 (UTC))Reply
