Speedy deletion nomination of .700 Hubel Express Long/700 Hubel 3.25

edit

A tag has been placed on .700 Hubel Express Long/700 Hubel 3.25 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Agreed. I have left my viewpoint on the talk page regarding this cartridge. DeusImperator (talk) 06:51, 7 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
Disagree-- I have posted my reasons to keep it, on the talk page, and that it should be Wikified and put in the Stub Class rather than deleted. (Hubel458 (talk) 15:42, 7 September 2010 (UTC))Reply

I did some cleanup and don't think it warrants deletion. AliveFreeHappy (talk) 18:44, 7 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

== New article Help me, I was wondering if the synthetic but stock offered be H&R (handi-grip) would fit my pardner waterfowl 10ga. Or one of the ones from ati. They list all models but the 10 ga and it looks like it would work. Thanks Jon

I took the liberty of adding your new articles to the firearms project new articles list. Feel free to update comments there, rather than my lame ones. AliveFreeHappy (talk) 23:51, 7 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Now that you have the tagging correct, may I suggest you upload these image to Wikimedia Commons instead of here. You could also tag all your current images with {{move-to-commons}}. This will allow all version of Wikipedia (English, Spanish, etc) and other Wikimedia’s to have access to these images. However, as owner of the images that is up to you.

However, I find the copyright checkers there to be a bit extreme, even compared to me, so be careful to dot your I's and cross your t's, if you do--ARTEST4ECHO talk 19:54, 14 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

I put copies of the deleted articles in your own userspace so that if/when more reliable sources become available to help establish notability you can work on them again and try to re-create them without starting from scratch.

I know you put a lot of work into them, so now it's a matter of time if they catch on as you hope. If you have questions or need editing assistance don't hesitate to let me know. I hope that in the meantime we can encourage you to work on other firearms articles and assist. This will help wikipedia as well as teach you more about how to improve the articles.
