I agree with you that more information and research should be provided about surgical interventions and how this can benefit the patient's into adulthood. I also feel that the order of the sections of the article could be changed to make the information more clear. For example, the candidates for rhizotomy section should come after the origin and development section. Additional information should also be included about treatment. How can PT be beneficial for this procedure? Would OT be beneficial in this situation? These are just some additional ideas to include that would improve the article.
