- It certainly seems like it. No edits (except one) since 2012, and now uncharacteristic vandalism. Not sure what there is to do other than an indef ban in such a case, however. ‡ Єl Cid of ᐺalencia ᐐT₳LKᐬ 16:58, 4 October 2017 (UTC)
