Rhyming slang edit

Your rewrite is a major improvement, I particularly like the way you summarised what's known as the 'Barney Rubble controversy'; there has been much discussion about that phrase. Cheers me old Brandenburg!   pablohablo. 15:39, 15 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the compliment. I can't take much credit for the 'Barney Rubble' issue. It was hidden within the previous Rhyming Slang in Popular Culture listings. Thanks anyway. I think the article now needs a reference tag to the Rhyming Slang page of Wiktionary to try to discourage another list of Common Examples from starting up but I don't know how to do it. Can you help? Cheers. HonestArry (talk) 01:21, 16 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

To link to Wikitionary articles you add the prefix 'wikt:' to the link. So

Wiktionary's [[wikt:Appendix:Cockney rhyming slang|list of cockney rhyming slang]]

gives
Wiktionary's list of cockney rhyming slang
