I'm replying to your note about Susan Quilliam As WP is not here to give people publicity, we do not try to write the pages they want, but rather pages that contain verifiable NPOV encyclopedic material. they may want.
For people without a public career, we will sometimes withdraw an article at their request--see the policy at WP:BLPREQUSTDÉLETE . I do not see how she comes under any of the cases here, but if you want to proceed with it, make at reuest at WP:BLPN, the noticeboard for BLP questions.
The proper way of dealing with this is to provide sources. A report of her degree and similar material in any reliable source is sufficient--it is not expected that it come from the university.
