Thank you for nominating an article at WP:FAC. It looks as though the discussion is going to be closed quickly so that you can complete a proper peer review of the article before trying again for Featured status. (FAC is always overloaded, and so can only really cope with articles that are only a short step (at most) from FA status, rather than those that are still going to need a lot of work).
