I am a legitimate user who has been caught in a range block. My IP address falls within the blocked range 116.71.160.0/21, but I have not engaged in any disruptive activities. I need to edit Wikipedia to contribute positively and provide accurate information for my client. Please grant me an IP block exemption or unblock my IP address so I can continue to contribute. Thank you.
