online books/esbn number lookup
What are your go to places for books online ? other than google books and MIT Reads ? ones that don't require registrationGrmike (talk) 09:10, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
- Hi Grmike, I'm fortunate enough to be able to access publications through a university library although searching isn't particularly easy or accurate and each "collection" has different interfaces. Most times I find Google is pretty good to understand if a publication is likely to exist and once I have a clue on what to search for I can switch. In the case of Icade, I was able to quick see the book on Amazon and it provides all the details such as ISBN numbers and also allowed a "Look Inside" preview. HighKing++ 13:16, 3 June 2020 (UTC)
