Mathilde

Hi there!

I see you've done some editing to Mathilde's page. I am actually working with her directly to create this page and she is concerned because Julia is not her middle name. Her name is Mathilde Frachon. I don't have an auto confirmed account yet, so I can't change the page title, unfortunately, but would greatly appreciate if you could do this for me.

Thank you! Christina Christinagrasso (talk) 17:50, 9 February 2016 (UTC)

I used the following references that listed her middle name as Julia: New York Magazine and Fashion Model directory. If these references are wrong, please follow the wiki procedure for Moving a Page and explain the reason for the move and the references to support that move. I don't have the ability to change the article title. I also recommend that if these two references are incorrect, you should try to correct them as well. I also did another search and multiple other sites lists her middle name as Julia. In the meantime, I initiated a discussion about this on the article talk page to generate further comments regarding a concern about her middle name. Hermera34 (talk) 21:20, 9 February 2016 (UTC)

Hello Hermera34, Corrections are made to maintain neutrality. References and citations are checked for verifiability. There are no disputes and the neutrality tag is remaining for long time without any activity. I appreciate your help and suggestions to improve the article further to remove the tag. I am looking forward to your help. Mzqerd001 (talk) 06:25, 15 February 2016 (UTC)

I am not requesting a re-review, but I am trying to address the concerns you raised (thank you for your feedback). I began adding information about the younger scholars who have been relying on Prof. White's work. Please see the section on "Articles Essays and Book Chapters." For example, I added information about Charlotte Garden, Nancy Leong, and Aya Gruber. However, there are a lot of people who cite Prof. White. Is this what I need to do to prove that he is "notable"? That is, do I need to add more information like this from many of the people who have relied on him in their own scholarship? I guess I'm not sure how to incorporate that into the narrative. The information about Gardner and Leong seems pretty superficial, and the information about Gruber just says that she cites White, and doesn't explain in what context. Can you help me understand what types of independent verification you're looking for? I will continue to work on improving the page. Thank you.

Please review other publishes articles on Wiki that are about professors and look at the types of references they have, along with the techniques for using inline citations, such as Robert T. Craig and Bernard Amadei. Furthermore, please review the following link, WP:SECONDARY, which discusses that these should reliable, verifiable, published secondary sources.
