My Wikipedia account hacked?

{{helpme}} Hello, I believe my account was hacked to make changes to Nancy Pelosi's page and the H1N1's page... I never made those changes, and I know very little about both subjects! Here is the notices I got: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:97.65.82.99 - it seems as though that's from my IP address, and I can still see this while I'm logged in. I have my doubts that it was made from my IP address as well - something seems very strange here! Thanks! Herbsandspices (talk) 17:48, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
