Hi, we do not remove posts from the talk page. Once they are addressed, they're archived (if talk pages become excessively long) or retained for posterity. The editor with the conflicts has continued to edit right up to last month. Eight YEARS of not understanding the issue despite it being detailed on the site and raised numerous times since 2014. A sustained and deliberate breach of policies. And for a brand new user with no other contributions immediately removing such a tag suggests collusion as this behaviour is not normal for a user who's making their first steps into editing.
